I recently worked remotely via a video conference with a Bish technician named Robert. It was a new experience for me as I was preparing our Forest River Mini Lite for an extended trip to the California desert. Robert was extremely easy to work with, he walked both my wife and me through several issues, plus helped us dewinterize our unit. Following the video conference he left the site open for follow up question, which we had. This is a great way to solve small problems, very timely as it happened the day following my phone call for an appointment, and it didn’t cost anything. A great way to do business.
